Snow Down in The Deep South
When it snows in Alabama or any of the
adjoining states around us, it becomes a big deal. We are expected to receive
snow until midnight, which will gives us between 5 to 6 inches. In other words one of the
biggest snows we’ve had in years.
It's a mess in SEAR also. School's been out since Monday afternoon and they've already canceled for tomorrow. Stay warm.
ReplyDeleteTell me the truth Bill, did you make a snow man?
ReplyDeleteStay warm and safe, I don't imagine you all are used to dealing with snow down your way.
ReplyDeleteStay warm and safe,Bill. Ol' Man Winter has a huge grip on many parts of the country right now. Wouldn't do you any good to be in Northern Colorado. Lots of snow piling up around here.

ReplyDeleteThis should be our last blast of really cold air, we will be in the 50's and 60's next week with heavy rain. Thanks for the comment
Bill, I hope you're right about this being your last blast. We've got a way to go here before we can say that.

ReplyDeleteI just hope our weather man knows what he is talking about. Thanks for the comment
Welcome to the Arctic Club, Bill, if only for a day or two. You'll feel some icy muscle in your fly rod, then enjoy the weather when it warms.

ReplyDeleteThe is the most snow we have got in 20 years. It is still on the ground and will be around until the weekend. Thanks for the comment
Hey Bill. Nothing like a little white to keep things interesting.

ReplyDeleteI'm ready for the melt down, which is occurring now. It should all be gone by the weekend. thanks for the comment
And I sit here waiting for enough white stuff to fall in our mountains to ski on!!! A crazy winter for sure. The West is way too dry this month. Hoping we get some moisture soon... Stay warm out there!
ReplyDeleteBill! Hang in there and stay warm! Perfect weather to tie some flies, read a good book, catch up on those things you want to get done inside but have not had the chance! Jack Frost is enjoying himself this winter!
ReplyDeleteWell, I thought I left a comment yesterday... Well, we are finally getting a bit of white fluffies this weekend. Such a warm winter in the West! Glad to put the shovel away, but if we are going to have healthy rivers this summer... we need more precip!
