The
above image pretty much sums up what I've been up to the past 3
weeks. I've been at the construction site often meeting with the
carpenters and meeting with sub-contractors. I hope to get out on the
water next week since the framing is almost complete. The ceiling
joist and truss work will be completed this coming week. We HOPE to
be in the house the first week before Christmas.
It always amazed me how that "little" slab turns out to be a "big" house. It'll get there, just seems like it takes forever.
ReplyDeleteNow there's some great news Bill! I hope you guys will be singing, I'll be home for Christmas!
ReplyDeleteSo far so good. Looking forward to following along with the progress... and hoping everything comes together "just right." I'm sure it will, just in time for the holidays.

ReplyDeleteLike the slab much better than the conventional flooring, much quieter---true it is taking forever---thanks for the comment

ReplyDeleteLet's hope both our predictions come true---thanks for the comment
Bill, lets hope the remaining work will be without complications.
ReplyDeleteThese things can have issues.
